It is east of Ningbo Port, the Oriental Port, and the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge goes directly to Shanghai. The company is close to Yongjin and Shanghai Expressway, with convenient transportation and unique geographical location. Since 2008, our factory has been engaged in the research, production and sales of sintered ferrite magnets. We have accumulated a lot of experience in the production of radial multipolar ferrite under dry pressure. We have also accumulated a lot of experience in the production of injection-moulded ferrite anisotropic multipolar orientation. Through the unremitting efforts of all the technicians and workers in our company in the past ten years, we have made gratifying progress in the improvement of production technology. There are 10 injection moulding machines, 3 sintering furnaces, 12 mechanical processing equipments, 12 liquid pressure machines, 3 ferrite sintering electric furnaces and 4 magnetic testing equipments. Among them, injection-moulded radial magnetic rings, injection-moulded multipolar radial magnetic rings and dry-pressed radial magnetic rings are close to China. International leading level, has achieved good reputation among customers, such as automotive headlamp components rotor, magnetic pump rotor, water flow meter impeller magnetic rotor as our main products, and some products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries. The magnetic components produced by the company are: magnetic hooks, magnetic fixators, rubber-coated magnetic fixators. The components are made of permanent magnet Nd-Fe-B and ferrite. The surface treatment can be sprayed with white paint and black paint, and can also be electroplated with environmentally friendly zinc, nickel and chromium.
